How it works

Every session ends with something the participant can reproduce at their own desk on Monday morning, on the licence they already have.

If they cannot open it again on their own machine after we leave, we have not taught it. That single rule decides what goes into a session and what gets cut.

Principles

These are not values on a wall. Each one removes something from the session plan that a content library would have left in.

01

Your workflows, not case studies

The live build in every track uses one of your real workflows, not a worked example from a deck.

02

Built by people who ship

Delivered by practitioners who work on these platforms in production, not by trainers working from a content library.

03

Measured on use, not satisfaction

We baseline before, then check usage at day thirty. The target is sixty percent still using it.

04

Delivered by the founders

The people who scope the engagement are the people who run the room. No handover to a junior trainer between the proposal and delivery.

Sequence

The order matters more than the content. Both ladders start in the room that decides, not the room that asks.

In an organisation
01

Scope

Thirty minutes on what you have already tried, which functions are asking for this, and where the licences sit.

02

Sponsor

Leadership runs first. Licence tier, first functions and measurement get decided in that room.

03

Deliver

Hands on keyboard, not slides. The live build in every track uses one of your real workflows.

04

Measure

Baseline before, usage checked at day thirty. The target is sixty percent still using it.

On a campus
01

Demo

L0 first. Ninety minutes, one real problem from your department, built live in front of the room.

02

Faculty

L1 runs across two consecutive days, before any student batch is scheduled.

03

Students

L2 and L3 run as an intensive block or across weekends, whichever fits the semester.

04

Measure

We check who is still using the tools thirty days after the session, not on the last day.

Measurement

Attendance tells you the session happened. Usage at day thirty tells you it worked.

We agree what success looks like before the room opens, so there is something to compare against after it closes. The target is sixty percent of participants still using it thirty days later.

  • A baseline captured before the session, agreed with the sponsor
  • Usage checked at day thirty, not a form signed on the last day
  • The target is sixty percent still using it
  • Reported back against the plan the sponsor signed off, not against attendance
  • A completion certificate is evidence of attendance, not of adoption
Tools

We teach across the platforms our clients actually license. Where a track is stack-specific, we say so on the programme page rather than in the room.

Several capabilities we teach need a paid or enterprise tier rather than a free account. We will tell you exactly which parts and what they cost during scoping. We would rather raise it early than have half the agenda become a demonstration on the day.

Next step

Thirty minutes on what you have already tried and where the licences currently sit. We will tell you which track fits and which one does not.
