Placeholder copy pending legal review. Engaging Zdopt LLP for a programme means agreeing to the terms set out in the written proposal for that programme, which prevail over anything on this page.
Programmes are contracted per cohort or per batch against a purchase order, not per participant. Applicable taxes are charged separately, and travel and stay outside Chennai are billed at actuals. The fee covers the agreed cap rather than actual attendance.
A programme cancelled within fourteen days of the agreed delivery date retains fifty percent of the fee. Beyond that window, we will reschedule at no cost where the calendar allows.
Delivery assumes the dependencies named in the proposal — a named sponsor or coordinator, participants on their own machines, licences confirmed before the session date, and a network that holds the full cohort online at once.
We expect respectful participation in every room and channel, and reserve the right to remove participants who do not extend it.
Programme content and materials remain the property of Zdopt LLP. Sessions are not recorded, and materials may not be redistributed or used to run the programme internally without a written licence.
