For ServiceNow partners and in-house platform teams

Take on the projects you can’t staff today, and protect your margin when clients push for fixed price. We show you how, role by role, on the AI tools you already pay for.

The problem

01

Senior people are scarce, and dearer every year.

Good ServiceNow architects and seniors are hard to find, and the ones you have are stretched across too many projects.

02

Clients are moving to fixed price and outcomes.

Under time and materials an extra hour was billable. Under fixed price it comes straight out of your margin.

03

The AI licences are bought. Delivery hasn’t changed.

The company pays for Claude or ChatGPT, but projects still run at the same speed they did before.

Our fixA smaller team of architects and seniors, with AI on every step of delivery and a person at every gate.

By role

Pick a role. The hands-on work moves to AI, and the decisions stay with your people.

Presales works across: Pre-sales.

Presales

From a discovery call to a working demo and a costed proposal, without a build team on standby.

  • 01Brief to stories

    Discovery call to solution outline

    AI does

Turns the call notes into a solution outline mapped to ServiceNow modules and out-of-box features.

    You decide

Confirm the scope, and what stays out of it.

  • 02Build log

A demo on a developer instance

    AI does

Builds the catalog item, flow and portal page the demo needs, straight from the outline.

    You decide

Decide the story the demo tells.

  • 03Brief to stories

    Estimate and proposal draft

    AI does

Breaks the scope into stories, sizes them and drafts the proposal sections.

    You decide

Set the price and the risks you are willing to own.

AI does the legwork. People make the calls.
How we work

We don’t sell a platform or an accelerator. We set up a working method on your own instance and your own AI licence, and your people run it.

01

Brief to stories

A client brief becomes requirements, open questions and testable user stories, with ServiceNow build notes for each.

02

Build log

Configuration happens story by story, and every change is written to a log your team can review.

03

Verify by transaction

Each story is checked by actually running it on the instance, not by reading the configuration.

04

UAT scripts

Test and UAT scripts are written from the stories, ready for your client’s testers.

05

Daily status

An end-of-day status shows what is done, what is blocked and what needs a person’s decision.

An architect approves the stories, reviews the build and signs off each release.

Two ways in

Both run on your instance and the AI licence you already have.

A

Team enablement

A few days

Your architects, consultants, developers and testers learn the method hands-on, on your instance and your AI licence. For teams that want the skills and will run it themselves.

B

Replay pilot with the framework

Two to three weeks

We set up the full framework, the skills and the day-1 rules, prove it on work you have already delivered, and train one of your people to run it.

The replay pilot

Before anything touches a live project, we replay a slice of one you have already finished, so the comparison is fair and the risk is zero.

01

You pick 10 to 15 stories

From a project you have already delivered. You remove anything confidential before we see it.

02

Your timesheets are the baseline

We compare against what the work actually took your team, never against our own estimate.

03

We rebuild them on sub-prod

Using your company’s own Claude or ChatGPT licence, with one of your people working alongside.

04

You get a value report

Time per story against your baseline, what worked, what didn’t, and what it means for your next project.

No baseline to share? We can start from ServiceNow’s standard stories, with your team estimating the hours before we build. Either way you keep the skills and rules we used, and one of your people trained to run the method.

Your data

  • We work on your sub-production instance first, never straight on production.
  • The AI runs on your company’s own Claude or ChatGPT plan, so your data stays under the agreements you already have.
  • We never copy client data into our own accounts or tools.
  • If your client contracts limit AI use, we work inside them, and we tell you if the pilot can’t.

Bring your InfoSec team to the walkthrough. We would rather answer their questions at the start.

Who it’s for

  • ServiceNow partners with roughly 30 to 300 ServiceNow people, delivering for clients in India or overseas.
  • In-house platform teams with a growing backlog and a flat headcount.

Not a fit for firms that only supply contractors on time and materials, or for teams that cannot use AI on their instance at all.

Who delivers

Sam David, co-founder

ServiceNow and Claude practitioner. Owned a three million dollar delivery portfolio as a specialisation head, and leads every pilot personally.

Questions

No. The method runs on the ServiceNow instance and the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have.

Claude and ChatGPT business plans. The method is designed to carry across both, with a small part tailored to each.

Team enablement on its own takes a few days. A replay pilot with the full framework and skills takes two to three weeks: most of that is rebuilding and checking the stories, and the rest is getting instance access sorted.

For a pilot: 10 to 15 delivered stories, the hours they took, access to a sub-production instance, and one person from your team for the duration.

We scope it on the walkthrough, once we have seen the stories. The pilot is a fixed fee, agreed before we start.

No. It changes the shape of the team. Your architects and seniors deliver more, and you can take on work you cannot staff today.

Yes. Online, or in person anywhere in India.

Next step

We’ll show the method on a real instance, role by role, and talk through whether a replay pilot fits your team. Online, or in person anywhere in India.

There are no prices on this page on purpose. Scope and price come once we have seen your stories.
